How to request for On-Site COVID-19 RT-PCR Testing
(Information on this page applies to On-Site COVID-19 RT-PCR and Antigen Testing services only)
1) Carefully read travel regulation/requirement from the destination country and airline to determine which type of test is needed and how many hours prior the flight.
2) Determine which type of certificate that you will need for the trip (based on country and airline regulation)
3) We perform 3 different valid test methods which are
3.1) the standard real time PCR Test (RT-PCR) (Result 24 Hrs.)
3.2) the Stat real time PCR test (Stat RT-PCR) (Result 4-12 Hrs.)
3.3) HIGH SPEED Rapid Antigen Test (RDT) (Result 3-5 Minutes)

- Monday – Friday : at 10.00 A.M. – 7.00 P.M.
- Saturday : at 1.00 P.M. – 7.00 P.M.

1. Send a photo of the first page of your passport.

3. Do you want a fit to fly medical certificate?

Yes, I also need a fit to fly medical certificate.
7) COVID-19 test and the result
- After testing, you will receive 2 documents. (It also depends on the option you choose)
a) COVID-19 test result report
b) Fit to Fly Medical certificate (Option)
- Our laboratories are certified and provide the tests that meet the standards for pre-departure testing. The lab report and medical certificate can be used as your travel documents.
7.1) Real time RT-PCR
- Samples will be collected from nasal and throat.
- Medical certificate will include all these information; your name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, testing method and test result. It will also state whether you have any COVID-19 related symptoms or not.
- We will send you the scanned COVID-19 test report and Fit to Fly Medical certificate (Option) only through the given email address within 24 hours.
- The COVID-19 test report and medical certificate will be issued in English.
7.2) Stat Real time RT-PCR
- When you don't have much time left before leaving by your flight. But you still don't have a Fit to Fly Medical Certificate and covid PCR test results. We recommend Stat PCR only.
- Samples will be collected from nasal and throat.
- Medical certificate will include all these information; your name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, testing method and test result. It will also state whether you have any COVID-19 related symptoms or not.
- We will send you the scanned COVID-19 test report and Fit to Fly Medical certificate (Option) only through the given email address within 4-12 hours.
- The COVID-19 test report and medical certificate will be issued in English.
7.3) COVID-19 High Speed Rapid Antigen test
- Please note that ONLY some airlines and countries accept COVID-19 rapid antigen test.
- Sample will be collected from the nasal only.
- The result and medical certificate will be ready within 5-10 minutes after we collect the specimen.
- Medical certificate will include all these information; your name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, testing method and test result. It will also state whether you have any COVID-19 related symptoms or not.
- In case the positive result of rapid antigen test, you will need to be confirmed with real time RT-PCR which the expense will be on you.
- The COVID-19 test report and medical certificate will be issued in English
8) The expense
8.1) Real time RT-PCR - The cost for this test
Option 1 is 2,900 BHT (No fit to fly medical certificate)
Option 2 is 3,200 BHT (Include a fit to fly medical certificate)
On-Site Service Fee
-Nearby Patong Beach Plus 1,000 THB/Time
-Far from Patong Beach Plus 1,500 THB/Time
-10 Persons UP No Chart On-Site Service Fee
You will need to pay on the day us visit you.
8.2) Stat Real time RT-PCR
The cost for this test is 5,500 (Free a fit to fly medical certificate)
On-Site Service Fee
-Nearby Patong Beach Plus 1,000 THB/Time
-Far from Patong Beach Plus 1,500 THB/Time
-10 Persons UP No Chart On-Site Service Fee
(However, if you want to have a Stat PCR test, you must always check the details at us first.)
8.3) COVID-19 High Speed rapid Antigen test (Start from 2 people up ONLY)
The cost for this test
2 people Option 1 is 1,000 BHT
3 people up Option 1 is 800 BHT
2 people Option 2 is 1,300 BHT
3 people up Option 2 is 1,100 BHT

9) We cannot guarantee that you will get COVID19 certificate as you requested. The decision to give/not give medical certificate will depend on our doctor's professional judgement. We also cannot guarantee that you will get the certificate ontime and cannot guarantee that our certificate will considered as 'a green light' in all circumstances. We accept no responsibility of any loss, any consequence for this matter.
